Mark W. Overdorf

Age 53, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017.  He was born August 12, 1964,  in Canton, a son of Paul Overdorf, of Canton, with whom he resided, and the late Mary (Kepler) Overdorf, and was a Canton resident most of his life.  Mark was a 1982 graduate of Timken Senior High School and was a member of Trinity Gospel Temple.  Mark enjoyed bingo, but especially loved having his sister, Sheri, make lasagna and chicken and gravy for him.  He also liked to be around and tinker with his nephew's lawn equipment and trucks.  Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by a sister, Colleen Winters.  He is survived by his father, Paul Overdorf, and his sister, Sheri (Daniel) Kasler, of Canton, a nephew, Michael (Maggie) Dotson, and their children, Lena and Dominic..  Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Brother Terry McCullough officiating.  Interment will be in Melscheimer Cemetery.  Friends may call one hour before the service on Friday from 10-11 a.m.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
