Marjorie Evans Mizer
Age 88, of Magnolia, passed away Sunday morning in her home. She was born in East Sparta, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Beatrice Tooze Evans, resided in the Cleveland area from 1976-2006, when she and Bill returned to Magnolia. Marjorie had been a member of the Blazettes Auxiliary of the Grand River Fire Dept. Preceded in death by her husband, Loren Mizer, on Jan. 27, 1973, a son, Jack Mizer, on Jan. 20, 1975, a brother and two sisters, Donald Evans, Alice Shaffer, and Geraldine Loy. Survived by her long-time companion, Bill Wigfield; two sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Lorrie Mizer, of Waynesburg, and Ted and Tracey Mizer, of Magnolia; two sisters, Myrtle Brick, of Coshocton and Doris Millican, of Camden, AR; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted Wed. at 8 p.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia. Friends may call Wed. 6-8 p.m. before the service. Following cremation, interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
