Obituary

MARJORIE L. MILLER,

Age 103, of Waynesburg, passed away Sun., Jan. 29, 2017.  Born in Caldwell, OH, a daughter of the late William and Leora (Cunningham) Small, she had been a Waynesburg resident most of her life.  Marjorie was a member of the Fellowship of the Little Country Church and was proud to have worked at the Timken Co. during WWII where she was a Bearing Inspector.  Preceded in death by her husband, Edward Miller, on Oct. 31, 2982, two brothers, Frank and Denzil Small, two sisters, Fern Workman and Maurene George, and her son-in-law, Carl Hockenberry.  Survived by her daughter, Connie Hockenberry; five grandsons and four great grandsons, James and Shelley Hockenberry, Richard and Marsha Hockenberry, Tim and Tina Hockenberry and their three sons, Ryan, Nick, and Cory, Bruce Hockenberry, and Edward and Rebecca Hockenberry and their son, Clay; step-great-granddaughter Chanda Anderson; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  Services will be held Thur. at 12 Noon in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home with her grandson, Richard Hockenberry officiating.  Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery.  Friends may call one hour before the service.  Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
