A Great Mom & Friend

Age 85, passed away peacefully at Mercy Medical Center on June 5, 2018. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee, Feb. 13, 1933 to Pearl and Grover Cleveland Reynolds. She moved to Canton, OH 56 years ago and became a beloved figure in Canton, where she ran her own business, Di-Walt Optical, known for their excellent service. She was a Life Master ACBL bridge player and a valued member of the McKinley Bridge Club. She loved sports and was an avid golfer and tennis player in the Canton area, most memorably her beloved Congress Lake.  She will be remembered as a devoted mother to Angel Ashley, Phyllis and Dirk McDougal, and Lisa McDougal Dillworth, and a cherished friend to all that knew her. She is survived by her two daughters, Angel and Phyllis, her son-in-law Larry Dillworth, DJ, Ken and Marge McDougal. A Memorial Service will be held Sat. June 16, 2018 at 1 p.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Stephenson officiating.  Followed by refreshments and fellowship at the VFW #3747 at 2 p.m., 1935 Avalon Ave NE, Canton, Ohio 44705.
