Marian Jean Eslich
Age 77, of Waynesburg, passed away Wed., Feb. 29, 2012, in Aultman Compassionate Care Center. She was born in New Matamoras, OH, a daughter of the late Ralph and Mary (Earley) Motz, and had been a Waynesburg resident since 1963. Marian was a 1952 graduate of New Matamoras High School. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church. Preceded in death by a son, John Fox. She was a devoted wife and mother and is survived by her husband, Stephen J. Eslich II, with whom she celebrated their 46th Wedding Anniversary on July 10, 2011; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Barney Molnar, of Huntington, WV, and Susan and Michael Gore, of Waynesburg; one son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Nikki Eslich III, of Millersport, OH; 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, Rachel Kilgore, Sarah (Ryan) Blake, Ryan (Elizabeth) Eslich and their children, Alexa and soon to be born Brooke, Kevin (Vanessa) Gore and their children Felicity, Brody, and Adella, Jacob, Samuel and Megan Gore, Seth and Sydni Eslich, Lily, Savannah and Christian Benedetti; two sisters, Ruth Craig, of Massillon, and Shortie Dobransky, of Waynesburg; twin brothers, Dale Motz, of Waynesburg, and Gale Motz, of Louisville; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Roxie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant. Friends may call Sunday 4-6 p.m. at the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia. Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery.
