MARGARET E. SCHEURER,

Age 73, of Canton, passed away Sun., Jan. 31, 2021.  Born Nov. 12, 1947, a daughter of the late Fred and Marie (Pomesky) Scheurer, she had been a life resident of Canton.  Margie was a 1964 graduate of Lincoln High School and was a member of the Basilica of St. John the Baptist.  Preceded in death by two brothers, Dick and John Scheurer, and two brothers-in-law, Bob Nieporte and Don Bennett.  Survived by three sisters, Barb Nieporte, Linda Gordon, and Pat Bennett; two sisters-in-law, Mary Scheurer and Nancymae Scheurer; and numerous nieces and nephews.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Fri. at 11 a.m. in the Basilica of St. John the Baptist with Very Reverend John E. Sheridan, STL-Rector as Celebrant.  Interment in Calvary Cemetery.  There will be no calling hours.  The Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
