Mabel L. Magli
Age 93, of Waynesburg, passed away Monday morning in her home. She was born in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Pilade and Marcella Sereni Magli, and was a life resident. Mabel was a 1935 graduate of Waynesburg High School and was a retired employee of Colton's Hardware where she worked in the Housewares Dept. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church and the Craft Ladies of the church. Preceded in death by her sisters, Prema Magli, on Aug. 13, 1990, and Pompelia Magli, on Feb. 2, 2004. Survived by her brother, Rudy Vannucci, of Waynesburg; also cousins in Italy, and many life-long friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant. Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday 6-8 p.m. at the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia. Rudy wishes to thank Aultman Hospice for the wonderful care thay gave to Mabel. He also wants to especially thank Melodye, Bob and Lindsey Moneypenny, Linda Boyd, Rose Geib, Mary Reichard, and Lanie Jones, for the loving care and time they gave to her.
