Lucille J Murphy,

Age 87, of Syracuse, IN, formerly a resident of North Industry, OH, passed away Oct. 16, 2019.  Born Oct. 6, 1932, a daughter of the late Charles and Mable (Haynam) Irwin, she had been a longtime resident of North Industry until September 2018 when she went to live with her daughter in Indiana. Lucille was a 1952 graduate of East Sparta High School and worked at Century Products until she retired. Preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Pat Valentine, 11 siblings, Kenneth, Donald, Floyd, Paul, Howard, Melvin, and Colin Irwin, Marie Umpstead, Naomi Radsick, Zelda Burkowski, and Freda Roush; and her husband Donawayne Murphy.  Survived by her sister, Anna Tolley; four children, Ricky (Jill) Murphy, Darla O'Mara, Don Murphy & Tim (Tammy) Murphy; 13 grandchildren, Jason (April) Valentine, Miranda Valentine, Alyssa (Jeffrey) Rickert, Adam (Kristy) Murphy, Ryan Murphy, Jeromi (Lisa) Beans, Kelsey Beans and Kristine Beans, Megan Murphy, Brandon (Dana) Murphy, Shawn Murphy, Alexis Murphy, Sebastian Penrose, Ariel Penrose, and Jasmine Penrose; 12 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Services will be held Sat. at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Rev.
