Preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Anthony "Tony" Shundry, on December 28, 1973, her son, Michael Shundry, her brother, Luigi DeCesare, and her son-in-law, John Broucker.  Survived by four daughters, Mary Shundry, Antonietta Broucker, Gloria James, and Theresa (Matt) Gasper; two sisters, Carmelina Donatelli, and Pina Del Grosso; five grandchildren, Toni Ann (Ray) Ammons, Lisa Broucker (Troy Adams), Ryan (Sreynich) James, Michael Gasper, and Evan Gasper; four great grandchildren, Taylor Ammons (fiancé Cole Lab), Lucia Adams, Kalie Fisher, and Annyka James; one great great grandchild, Zarraelia Rose and two step great grandchildren, Hunter and Hayden Adams.  The family would like to thank St. Luke Lutheran Home in North Canton (especially the staff of the Laurel Valley Memory Care Unit) and Aultman Hospice for the excellent care and kindness they gave to Lucia during her stay there.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 11:00am in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Matthew Humerickhouse as Celebrant.  Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery.
