Louise L. Falcone
Age 72, of Canton, passed away Thursday evening in Mercy Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Minerva, a daughter of the late Earl and Daisy Rowley Rue, and had been a Canton resident most of her life. Louise was a 1955 graduate of Timken High School. She and her husband owned and operated Burgerland in Louisville and the Caboose Coffee Shop in Canton. She also had worked for Haines & Co. 10 years. However, for Louise, her passion was being a wife and mother. Preceded in death by two infant children. Survived by her husband, Joseph J. Falcone, with whom she would have celebrated their 57th Wedding Anniversary on Oct. 24th; two daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Keith Hawkins, of Canal Fulton, and Tamara and Bill Cochran, of Canton; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, Stephen Hawkins and his wife, Sara, and their children, Faith Anne, Ethan, and Mason, Leah Pursley and her husband, Chris, and their children, Logan and Aidan; Angela Kendall and her husband, Mark, and Benjamin Cochran; one brother, Eugene Rue, of Canton; and her beloved dogs, Precious, Adorable, and Cherish. Services will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Pastor Jake Tovissi officiating. Entombment in North Lawn Mausoleum. Friends may call Sunday 6-8 p.m. and Monday 10-11 a.m. before the service. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the Physicians and Staff of the Coronary Care Unit and the Select Specialty Floor of Mercy Medical Center for the love and compassion they gave to Louise and her family.
