Loraine A. Russell Age 79, of Perry Township, passed away Sunday afternoon in Rose Lane Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born in West Newton, PA, a daughter of the late Lester and Bertha Johnson Neth, and was a resident of the Canton area all her life. Loraine was a 1950 graduate of Timken Vocational High School. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Robert W. Russell, on April 8, 2004, and a son, Kevin Russell, on May 28, 1979. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Dale Midcap, of Canton; three sons, Charles Russell, of Pinehurst, NC, Gary and David Russell, both of Canton; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Dorothea "Cookie" and Phil Jones, of Canton, and Carol Ann and Gopal Rao of Pittsburgh, PA; eight grandchildren, Jenna, Robbi, Marissa, Todd, Beth, Bryan, Mindi, and Rebekah, and 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Pastor Thomas K. Fryman, Jr. officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
