LOIS A. VAN ORMAN,

Age 86, passed away Wed. morning in the Inn at Whitewood Village.  She was born Apr. 11, 1927 to the union of William and Adda (Lamberson) Van Orman.  She was a resident of Canton all her life and was a 1945 graduate of Lincoln High School.  In her earlier years Lois was active in softball and bowling and won many honors.  She had worked at the Climalene Co. and in the offices of U.S. Ceramic Tile Co.  Preceded in death by four sisters, Cora Brechbill, Elizabeth Hess, Ruth Dieringer, and Helen Gatchell and four brothers, William, Howard, Roy, and Donald Van Orman.  Survived by one sister, Jean Kolm, of East Canton and numerous nieces and nephews.  Lois was a hardworking, outgoing person and will be greatly missed.  Services will be held Mon. at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home.  Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.    Friends may call Mon. one hour before the service, from 10-11 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Stark Co.
