Lillian E. Culp
Age 101, a resident of the Canton Christian Home, passed away there Tuesday evening. She was born in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, a daughter of the late Harry and Lottie Lethorn Mallett, and had been a resident of the Canton area since 1921. Lillian was a member of John Knox Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Culp, on Feb. 20, 1986, a daughter, Shirley Burger, and two sisters, Lucy Smith and Ruth Crick. Survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William and Gladys Murray, of New Philadelphia; one brother, Carl Mallette, of Sterling, AK; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted Sat. at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Pastor Douglas A. Patton officiating. Interment in Forest Hill Cemetery.
