Lillian M. Collier
Age 95, of Canton, passed away Friday morning in Aultman Compassionate Care Center. She was born in Cleveland, a daughter of the late Roy and Eloda (Unklesbay) Finley, and had been a Canton resident most of her life. Lillian was retired from Buckeye Sports, after nine years' service, where she worked in the shipping department. She was a member of the Canton Baptist Temple. Preceded in death by her husband, Roy F. Collier, on June 13, 1971, a son, Roy T. Collier, three sisters and one brother, Hazel Etter, Eva McKenzie, Jean Holland, and Donald Finley, a daughter-in-law, Rita Collier, and a grandson, Robert Collier, Jr. Survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Judy Lee Garrett, and Donna and Thomas Stallings, all of Canton; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Robert Collier and Ronald Collier,both of Canton, and Nancy (Roy) Collier, of East Sparta; one sister, Sarah Kratt, of Canton; 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Rev. David Harmon officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
