Lenora M. Gross

Age 85, of Magnolia, passed away Sun., Apr. 24, 2022.  She was born May 5, 1936 in Mineral City, a daughter of the late Harold and June (Brinkman) Giles.  Lenora was a 1954 graduate of Magnolia High School and was a member of St. Paul's Community Church in Mineral City.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Pete" Gross, Sr., on Sept. 15, 2011, two daughters, Susan Glennon and Sheryl Nicholson, one son, Charles Gross, Jr., one sister and brother-in-law, Marjorie (Bob) Stover, her brothers and sister-in-law, Cleon Giles and Aaron (Jeanette) Giles, and one brother-in-law, Jim Brick.  Survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mark (Michelle) Gross; two sons-in-law, Ed Glennon and Scott Nicholson; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Janet (Harold) Coyle and Marlene Brick; four grandchildren, Tabitha (Andrew) Wilhelm and their daughters, Ella and McKenzie, Brittany (Tyler) Feather, Lucas (Cortney) Nicholson and their sons Tristen and Benny, and Jordan English Gross; and two special friends, Ann and Ray. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of The Inn of Northwood Village in Dover and Crossroads Hospice in Uniontown for the special care they gave to Lenora.  A Graveside Memorial Service will be held Sat, May 7 at 11 a.m., in German Cemetery in Mineral City with her son, Pastor Mark Gross, officiating.  There will be no calling hours.  The Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Lenora's memory may be made to: St. Paul's Community Church, PO Box 357, Mineral City OH, 44656; or Crossroads Hospice, 3743 Boettler Oaks Dr., Ste.
