GRACE McQUEEN,
Age 82, of Waynesburg, passed away Fri. afternoon in her residence. Born in Beckley, WV, a daughter of the late George Harvey and Corie Ames Hess, she had been a Waynesburg resident for thirteen years, previously residing in the Paris-Robertsville area. Grace was a member of Sandy Valley Baptist Temple and retired in 2001 from P.C.C. Airfoils Inc., after 36 years service, where she was a press operator. Preceded in death by her husband, Jack McQueen, in 1965, and a granddaughter, Jennifer Shaffer, in 1972. Survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Brenda and Daniel Shaffer, of Massillon, and Melanie McQueen, of the home; four grandchildren and their spouses, Heath Alan and Tanya Shaffer, Tamia and Brian Caruthers, Angela and Jerry Guy, Jr., and Jeffrey Shaffer; and 10 great grandchildren. Services will be conducted Tues. at 2 p.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Pastor Johnnie Crawford and Brother Jay Dolvin officiating. Interment in Magnolia Cemetery. Friends may call Mon. 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home. Contributions in Mrs. McQueen's memory may be made to the Sandy Valley Baptist Temple, 530 Elson St., Magnolia OH 44643.
