Laura M. Lebold
Age 96, of Sandyville, passed away Thursday evening in Aultman Hospital. She was born in Mineral City, a daughter of the late George and Nora Brick McDougall, and had been a Sandyville resident since 1939. Laura and her late husband owned and operated a meat and grocery store in Sandyville for 36 years before retiring in 1975. She was a member of Sandyville United Methodist Church and the Sandyville Community Club. Preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, John M. Lebold, on July 3, 1999, and three sisters, Eva Dolvin, Thelma Neading, and Marjorie Lebold. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Joan and Jim McCoy, and her son and daughter-in-law, John and Betty Lebold, all of Magnolia; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson, Stephen Lebold and his wife Lori, and their sons Tyler and Brandon, Alison Sickafoose and her husband, Todd, and their daughters Alyssa and Tori, Jim McCoy, Lori Lindamood and her husband, Craig, and their children Kurtis, Justin and his wife Natalie, and Tonya Fletcher and her husband, James, and their son Caden. Following cremation a graveside service will be held on Sat., Nov. 6, 2010 in Greenlawn Cemetery in Sandyville with Chaplain Paul Rudy officiating. There will be no calling hours. The Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia is in charge of arrangements.
