Kerri A. Phillips

Age 38, of Canton, passed away Thursday afternoon in her home.  She was born in Canton, a daughter of Peggy Patterson of Canton, and the late Kelly R. Phillips, and was a life resident of the Sandy Valley-Canton area.  Kerri was a 1993 graduate of Sandy Valley High School.  She was attending Stark State College and was employed at the Water Service Co. in Canton.  She enjoyed writing on her Blog and really loved animals.  Surviving besides her mother is her grandmother, June Patterson of Magnolia; her beloved children, daughter, Makenna Tesch, of Bolivar, and sons, Tyler Shepherd, of Canton, and Tristin Tesch, of Bolivar;  two sisters and brothers-inin-law, Kelli and Brian Zaleski, and Kristi and Joe Bifolchi, all of Canton South; nieces and nephews, Madison, Marissa, and Logan Zaleski, and Andrew and Gracie Bifolchi.  Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Pastor Clifford Hughes officiating.  Interment in Greenlawn Cemetery in Sandyville.  Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kerri's memory may be made to her family.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
