KAREN L. MIDDAUGH,

Age 73, of Louisville, passed away Sun., May 27, 2018.  Born in Canton, a daughter of the late Paul and Dorothy (Wilson) Leach. She was a 1963 graduate of Canton South High School and had worked at Images Temporary Services as a Manager.  Preceded in death by her husband, James Middaugh, in 2003, and her brother, Robert Leach.  Survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Shelly and Randy Pepper and Kelly and David First; one sister and brother-in-law, Sandy and Ross Ducker; and two grandchildren, Steven and Shannon Pepper.  A Memorial Service will be held Thur. at 6 p.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Hinkle officiating.  Friends may call two hours before the service, from 4-6 p.m.  Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
