June M. Richardson

Age  94, a resident of the Canton Christian Home, passed away there Wed., July 22, 2015.  She was born in Strasburg, OH, a daughter of the late William and Mila (Machan) Jones, and had been a Canton resident most of her life.  June was a 1938 graduate of Strasburg High School.  She was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church and the Canton Garden Club.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, William A. Richardson, on Nov. 2, 1997.  Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kay and William Schindler, of Strongsville, OH; three sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Kathy Richardson, of Columbus, OH, William, Jr. and Candace Richardson, of Hagerstown, IN, and Don and Jean Richardson, of Dover; nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; one sister, Elizabeth Westbrook, of Hudson, OH; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Allen and Sue Jones, of Mineral City, and Glenn and Phyllis Jones, of Gibsonia, PA.  Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Larry Burgett officiating.  Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.  Friends may call one hour before the service on Monday from 10-11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in June's memory may be made to the Canton Christian Home. A Memorial Service also will be held at the Canton Christian Home at a later date. www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
