JOSEPH C. HESTER,

Age 50, of Canton, passed away Tues., Nov. 2, 2021.  He was born July 20, 1971, a son of Vivian Stull and the late Junior Hester.  Preceded in death by his wife, Carol Sue (Mayle) Hester, on Feb. 3, 2021.  Survived by his daughters, Kayla Hester, Chloe Hester, Chelsie Mayle, Abigail Hester, Rebecca Hester, Lacy Hester, and Shirley Hoynes; his son, Mathew Hester; his sisters, Cindy Frye, Jerry Looney, Jackie Looney, Crystal and Samantha Boggs; his brothers, Kevin Howard, Melvin Howard, and Kenny Boggs;14 grandchildren, his uncle, Tim Hester; his cousins, Timmy Hester and Amanda; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  A Memorial Service will be held Sun. at 2 pm in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Amy Downard, Celebrant, officiating.  Friends may call Sun from 12 noon to 2 pm in the funeral home.  The family requests that those in attendance wear navy blue or purple.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joseph's name may be made to the family to help defray expenses.  Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
