JON D. RITENOUR,

Age 77, of Massillon, passed away Wed, Feb. 28, 2018.  Born in New Philadelphia, a son of the late Jacob and Osa (McClanahan) Ritenour, Sr., he had been a resident of the Canton area since 1961.  Jon was a 1959 graduate of New Philadelphia High School and retired in 2003 from Spaulding Construction Co. in North Canton after twelve years service where he was a union cement finisher.  He was a member of Massillon Church of Christ and Plastering and Cement Masons Local #109 in Akron.  Survived by his wife, Kathy Ritenour with whom he celebrated their 24th Wedding Anniversary on Oct 1st; one son and daughter-in-law, Jon A. and Andrea Ritenour; two grandchildren and their spouses, Jacob and Lacey Ritenour, Sr., and Alyssa and Ariel Guerrerro; two great grandchildren, Jacob Jr. and Jackson; one stepson and daughter-in-law, Richard and Karla Robinson and their children, Logan and Cassidy; one stepdaughter, Karla Penny and her daughter, Alivia; and one brother and sister-in-law, Jacob and Ashley Ritenour, Jr.,.  A Memorial Service will be held Sat., Mar. 10th, at 11:30 a.m. in the Massillon Church of Christ with Evangelist Glenn Hawkins officiating.
