John "Randy" Rosenberry

Age 68, of Canton, passed away Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021.  He was born Oct. 19, 1953 in Dover, OH, a son of the late James Rosenberry and Dorotha (Moran) and James Lang, and had been a Canton resident over thirty years.  Randy was a 1972 graduate of Dover High School.  He was retired from the Multicounty Juvenile Attention Center and was a member of the AKC Kennel Club and the Canton Prime Timers.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by a brother, David Rosenberry.  He is survived by his daughter, Heather Rosenberry, a sister, Bertha (John) Burns, his life partner, Jon Miller, his former wife and friend, Cindy Wolfe, six nieces, several great nieces and nephews, and many cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Pastor Lisa Elliott officiating, followed by a gathering at the Crossroads Restaurant.   Friends may call Thursday 12-1p.m. before the service.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to your nearest animal shelter in Randy's memory.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
