Jo Ann Paul, Age 76, of Granville, OH, formerly Canton, passed away Monday, June 13, 2011, in Autumn Care Center in Newark, OH. She was born in Canton, a daughter of the late John and Mary Howenstine Norris, resided here most of her life, and Granville since 1999. She resided in Monroe, CT four years in the 1970's. Jo Ann was a 1952 graduate of Lincoln High School. She had worked for the Stark County Bankruptcy Court where she was a Docket Clerk. Jo Ann was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ. Preceded in death by her husband, Jack F. Paul, on Jan. 11, 1977. Survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Dee and Corey Fitz, of Concord, NH, and Debbie and Jim Dottavio, of Granville, OH; one son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Kay Paul, of Glenford, OH; one brother and sister-in-law, Glenn and Jo Norris, of Canton; and eight grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 24, 2011, at Noon in the Fireside Room of Springfield Baptist Church in Granville. Friends may call Friday, June 24, 2011, from 6-8 p.m. at the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home in Canton. Funeral services will held Sat., June 25, 2011, at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Stephen A. Gifford officiating. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery.
