Jefford V. Williams,

Age 74, of East Sparta, passed away Sun., June 23, 2024.  He was born June 16, 1950, in Canton, a son of the late Paul and Joyce (Phillippi) Williams.  Jefford served with the U.S> Army, retired from Giant Eagle as a cashier, and loved baseball.  Preceded in death by his brothers, Jack and Jan Williams.  Survived by his wife, Rose Williams, with whom he celebrated their 38th Wedding Anniversary on June 22; two stepdaughters, Ruth Williams and Crystal Williams; one stepson, Sonny Williams; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Services will be held Mon. at 11 am in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia.  Interment in East Sparta Cemetery.  Friends may call Sun. from 1-3 pm in the funeral home.  Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
