Jeannette M. Monnot Age 91, of Canton, passed away Sat. afternoon, Oct. 29, 2011, in Altercare of Louisville. She was born in Canton, a daughter of the late Clarence and Gladys (Streeby) Reed, and was a life resident. Jeannette was a 1938 graduate of McKinley High School. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard J. Monnot, on Jan. 3, 1990. Survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Dave and Rose Monnot, of Canton, and Tim and Shirley Monnot, of East Canton; one granddaughter, Mandy (Wayne) Slease, of Canton and one great-granddaughter, Chloe; also her beloved dog, Tessie. Services will be held Wed. at 2 p.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Joseph Franz officiating. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery.
