Jane E. Bailey Age 79, of Magnolia, passed away Thursday morning in Aultman Hospital. She was born in Uniontown, OH, a daughter of the late Arno and Bernice Marsh Wise, and had been a Magnolia resident most of her life. Jane was a 1948 graduate of Magnolia High School. She was a retired employee of Harmon Publishing where she was a proof-reader. Previously she worked many years at the Doctor's Office in Magnolia. Jane was a member of Magnolia United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bailey, on Feb. 9, 2001, and a grandson, Jackie Staley. Survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Jon and Debbie Staley, Jack and Jodi Staley, and Jan Staley and Judy Gaither, all of Magnolia; a sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Ed Bley, of Massillon; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; her lifelong friend, Carolyn Nicholson; and her beloved dog, Josie. Services will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Rev. Steven M. Smith officiating. Interment in Magnolia Cemetery following cremation.
