James W. "Buddah" Mitchell III

Age 49, of Mineral City, passed away Wed., August 30, 2022.  He was born August 23, 1973 in Canton, a son of Carol Mitchell of Mineral City and the late James Mitchell II, and lived in this area most of his life.  Jim had been an electrical maintenance technician at Republic Steel Corp. in the Melt Shop, and was also a welder.  He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #540 and served in the U. S. Navy as a Corpsman in Long Beach, VA.

In addition to his father, Jim was preceded in death by a sister, Crystal Fogel.  Surviving besides his mother is his "Old Lady", Angie Ward, two daughters, Kyla Ward, and Lani Mitchell, and his WBR family.
