Jacklyn L. Abbott Age 65, of Mechanicstown, passed away Friday morning in her home. She was born in Tiffin, OH, a daughter of the late Harold and Ruth Grandon Ross, and had been a Mechanicstown resident since 1988. Survived by her husband, Donald R. Abbott, with whom she would have celebrated their 23rd Wedding Anniversary on Sept. 16th; one daughter, Charlene Fannin, of Navarre; two step-daughters and a son-in-law, Ginger Metzner, of Smock, PA, and Rosemary and Harold Seto, of Uniontown, PA; her step-father, John Agnes, of Navarre; one sister, Ruth "Penny" Yates, of Fishkill, NY; one brother and sister-in-law, Alan and Sharon Ross, of Massillon; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Pastor Johnnie Crawford officiating. Interment in Augusta Cemetery.
