Jack E. Cropper

Age 85, of Mineral City, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022.  He was born Jan. 21, 1936 in Canton, a son of the late Freda (Osborn) Cropper, and had been a Mineral City resident all his life.  Jack had attended Mineral City High School.  He was a retired railroad worker, and also did private security.  Jack proudly served two years in the U. S. Army and three years in the U. S. Marine Corps.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Cropper.  Jack is survived by a daughter, Jackie Cropper, two grandsons, Aiden and Andrew VanFossen, a sister, Phyllis Murray, sister-in-law, Mary Cropper, and two brothers, Bob (Judy) Cropper, and Rod (Carol) Cropper.
