IRENE (GATTUSO) LEWIS,

Age 86, of Massillon, passed away Oct. 27, 2014.  Born and raised in Magnolia, a daughter of the late Albert and Hazel (Clark) Capone, she had been a resident of the Canton/Massillon area most of her life.  Preceded in death by her husband, John Gattuso, in 1992, two brothers, Paul and Sonny Capone, and one sister, Elizabeth Keck.  Survived by her daughter, Vicki Gattuso, of Canton; her son and daughter-in-law, John and Sandee Gattuso. Of Massillon; her sister, Mary Ray, of CA; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.  She was of Catholic Faith, a strong, courageous, proud, woman and mother, whose love and well-being for her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her priorities.  A Memorial Service will be held Fri. at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia.  Friends may call one hour before the service, Fri. from 10-11 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Irene's memory may be made to:  Tuslaw Schools, Visually Impaired Program, 1835 Manchester Ave. NW, Massillon, Ohio 44647.  Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.
