HELEN FAYE UMSTEAD, Age 92, of North Canton, passed away Wed. afternoon in St. Luke Lutheran Home. Born in Millersburg, OH, a daughter of the late Scott and Anna Woodruff Rudy, she had been a Canton resident for over 60 years. Helen was a member of Eden Church of the Brethern and a member of McKinley Eagles #2370 over 30 years and had served as Conductress. Preceded in death by her husband, D. Paul Umstead, on Mar. 22, 2002; two brothers, Chester and Earl Rudy; one sister, Elva Domer; and a great-grandson, Justin Paul Mullaly. Survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Sue and Terry Mullaly, and Donna and Tim Davis, all of Canton; three grandchildren and their spouses, Patrick and Brenda Mullaly, Brian and Jennifer Mullaly, and Christina Huff; and six great-grandchildren, Andrew, Courtney, Brendan, Sean, Jonathan, and Christopher. Services will be conducted Sat. at 10:30 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Rev. Jeffrey Shultz officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
