Gregory R. Kinsley

Age 69, of Canton, passed away Monday, Nov. 22, 2021.  He was born Oct. 9, 1952 in Canton, a son of the late Raymond and Polly (Rosso) Kinsley, and was a life resident.  Greg was a 1970 graduate of Perry High School.  He was retired from the Credit Union of Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority, and previously worked at Canton Drop Forge, where he met his wife, Kathy.  He was a member of Shepherd of The Valley Lutheran Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Kathleen E. (Farber) Kinsley, on Nov. 12, 2020, a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Robert and Kathryn Farber.  Greg is survived by his sister, Diane Serdinak, an aunt, Margie (Lyle) Richmond, a cousin, John (Linda) Ostapuck, two brothers-in-law, Tim (Lynn) Farber, and William (Julieann) Farber, six nieces and nephews, Tracy (Russell) Wallace and their children, Chastin, Camryn, and Kirsten (David) Anderson III, and their son, David IV, Shannon Farber, Jonathan (Andrea) Farber and their children, Sarah, Conner, and Tyler, Dawn (Jeff) Mays and their children, Alexis, Annalise, and Nathan, Nicole Farber, and Adam (Kristen) Farber and their children, Lincoln and Zander.

Services will be held Monday, Nov. 29, 2021, at 11 a.m. in Shepherd of The Valley Lutheran Church with Pastor Scott Anderson officiating.  Friends may call one hour before the service on Monday from 10-11 a.m.  Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Sandyville.  The family requests that facial covering be worn.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Greg's memory may be made to Shepherd of The Valley Lutheran Church, PO Box 40, Sandyville, OH 44671.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
