Obituary

Glenda R. Ramser

Age 75, of Dover, formerly Mineral City, passed away Sat., March 28, 2015, in Hospice House in New Philadelphia.  She was born in Mineral City, a daughter of the late Norman and Lucille (Ickes) Gintz, and was a life resident until moving to Dover two years ago.  Glenda loved babysitting, and did so for most of the kids in Mineral City.  She was a member of Mineral City Church of the Nazarene.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Ramser, on July 30, 1990, two sisters and three brothers, Norva Ley, Sue Cope, Cletus "Red", Dean and Donald Gintz.  Survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Matthew and Kelley Ramsey, with whom she resided in Dover, John and Mary Lou Ramser, of East Sparta; one sister, Lois Goodyear, of Dover; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, Kenny Stephens, John and Tricia Ramser and their daughters, Faith, Charity, and Jenna.  Services will be held Wed. at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Rev. Dave Naus officiating.  Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 p.m.  Interment in Ridgecrest Memory Gardens.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
