GLENDA A. ADAMS,
Age 80, of Somerdale, passed away Fri. morning in Aultman Hospital. She was born in Johnstown, PA, a daughter of the late L. Z. and Ruth (Garman) Potter, was raised in Canton, and had been a Somerdale resident 51 years. Glenda was a member of Somerdale Maranatha Church. Preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Dale I. Adams, Sr., on Mar. 16, 2006, sister and brother, Patricia and Wayne Potter and a special friend, Rita Cropper. Survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Ed Naus, of Mineral City, and Susan and Robert Miller, of Somerdale; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dale and Susan Adams, Jr., of Phoenix, AZ, and Bill Adams and Janet, of Bolivar; twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren, a special friend, Ellen Schlimm, of Strasburg; two sisters-in-law, Joyce Potter, of East Canton, and Betty Adams, of Mineral City; one brother-in-law and his wife, Elden "Chic" and Ann Adams, of Sheffield, PA; uncle Charles Garman, of East Canton; aunt June Garman, of FL; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Tues. at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Pastor Richard Harvey officiating. Interment in Holmes Church Cemetery.
