George E. Dean III
Age 61, of Magnolia, passed away Wed. morning in Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Akron, a son of the late George E. and Pauline (Valochik) Dean Jr., had resided in Magnolia 10 years, previously residing in the Canton/Hartville area most of his life. George had been a production worker for Skyline Corp. He served in the U. S. Army during the Viet Nam War. Survived by his fiancée, Bridget Confalone of Magnolia; one daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and Brad Campbell, of Massillon; two sons, Nicholas Dean, of Pickerington, OH, and Jeremy Dean; two grandsons, Mason and Braxton; three sisters and brothers-in-law, his twin Georgia and Jim Leggett, of Summerville, SC, Karen and Dave Fisher, of Massillon, and Mary and Dan Long, of Canton; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 12 Noon in St. James Catholic Church in Waynesburg with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant. Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery. Friends may call Monday 10 a.m.-12 Noon AT THE CHURCH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the George E. Dean III Memorial Fund, c/o St. James Catholic Church, 400 W.
