Frank A. Prestier,

Age 80, of Sandyville, passed away Fri., Mar. 10, 2023.  He was born Apr. 8, 1942, in Canton, a son of the late Louis and Alice (Stiller) Prestier. Frank retired as a mechanic and had worked at H&H Auto Parts in Canton.  He was a past member of Sandy Valley Eagles Aerie #3228 in Sandyville and was an avid NASCAR fan.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Smith.  Survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Tony Prestier, and Mark (Carama) Prestier; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Harry (Gail) Prestier and Paul Valko, one granddaughter, Danielle Prestier; one great granddaughter, Trinity Arnold; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.  A graveside service will be held Thur. at 12 noon in Greenlawn Cemetery in Sandyville.  There will be no calling hours.  The Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frank's memory may be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; or at: www.stjude.org.
