Frank A. Pentello Age 60, of Waynesburg, passed away Tuesday afternoon in Aultman Hospital. He was born in Canton, a son of the late Roger and Mary (Nardo) Pentello, and resided in the East Canton-Waynesburg area most of his life. Frank was a 1972 graduate of East Canton High School, and was retired from Republic Steel Corp. where he worked in the Shipping Dept., and was a leadman on his crew in the 12 inch mill. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church and United Steelworkers Local #1200. Frank loved music, cooking, gardening, and his animals. Survived by his former wife and friend, Patty Pentello; his son, Chase Pentello, of Canton; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Theresa and Buster Longo, of Waynesburg, and Anna and Joe Madak, of Minerva; a niece, Dena (Cory) Fisher and their children, Ella, Michael, and Lily, and a nephew, Joey Longo; also his beloved furry friend, Oliver. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant. Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery.
