Evanell B. Kieffer Age 89, of Dublin, OH, formerly Canton, passed away Sat. morning in Emerald Crossing in Dublin. She was born in Marion Center, PA, a daughter of the late Clair and Ethel (Sebring) Burkett, resided in Dublin one year, previously Canton over 25 years. Evanell was a 1939 graduate of Marion Center High School. She was a member of First Christian Church of Canton and the Berean Sunday School Class of the church, Kadesh Court #19 in Akron, Canton Ladies Shrine Club, and Canton Chapter #190, Order of Eastern Star. Preceded in death by her husband, PauI I. Kieffer, on Jan. 9,1999. Survived by her daughter, Linda Ewing, of Powell, OH; a step-daughter, Donna Wuchnick, of Canton; a step-son and his wife, Paul and Jeanne Kieffer, of North Canton; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, Paul (Mary Kate) Ewing, and their children, Liam and Rowan, of Minneapolis, MN, and Robin (Brian) Bodem, and their son, Austin, of Findlay, OH; one sister, Louise Oberlin, of Indiana, PA. Services will be held Wed. at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Rev. Jeffrey E. Bullock officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
