CLASSIFIED OBITUARY FOR THURSDAY: Ethel L. Kirby Age 92, a resident of the Canton Christian Home, passed away there Wed. morning. She was born in Canton, a daughter of the late Ernest and Elizabeth (Wiese) Langanke, and was a life resident. Ethel was a 1934 graduate of McKinley High School. She was a member of the Eleventh St. Church of God. Preceded in death by her husband, William A. Kirby, on Oct. 18, 1980. Survived by three daughters and a son-in-law, Carolyn and William Glasser, Marcia Kirby, and Barbara Cole, all of Canton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Todd and Barbara Kirby, of N. Canton, and Scott and Susan Kirby, of Louisville; one brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Mildred Langanke, of Massillon; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, Kristen and Paul Ousley and their sons, Matthew and Hunter, Tanya and Mark Blatt and their children, Taylor, McKenna and Austin, Doug and Michelle Kirby and their children, Jordyn and Ryan, and Christopher and Linda Cole. Services will be conducted Sat. at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Pastor Randy M. Shafer officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
