Esta Tanner Age 87, of Waynesburg, passed away Sunday afternoon in Aultman Hospital. She was born in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Charles and Grace Dunlap Bracken, and lived all her life on the street where she was born. Esta was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Waynesburg, and a card club with her friends on McKinley Ave. Survived by her loving husband, Fred E. Tanner, with whom she celebrated their 57th Wedding Anniversary on Nov. 29, 2009; several cousins; a special friend, Janis Moore, of Mineral City, who helped take of Fred and Esta for many years; two sisters-in-law, Jean Young and Joyce Tanner, and also nieces and nephews, all in Canada. Services will be conducted Wed. at 11 a.m. in First Presbyterian Church in Waynesburg with Rev. Larry Reinhart officiating. Interment in Sandy Valley Cemetery. Friends may call Wed. 10-11 a.m. before the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mrs. Tanner's memory may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 204 E.
