Eris L. "Corky" Miller Age 80, of East Sparta, passed away Wed. afternoon in Hennis Care Centre in Bolivar. She was born in Elkhart, IN, a daughter of the late Von Black and the late Mary Hudson Parr, and had been an East Sparta resident 57 years. Corky and her late husband owned and operated a tavern in East Sparta for over 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Miller, on April 6, 2005. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Anthony Pellegrini, of St. Augustine, FL; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jeff and Judy Miller, of Taylors, SC, and Steven Botts, of Columbus, OH; two grandchildren, David Miller and his wife, Dina, and Jandy Graham and her husband, Justin; and four great-grandchildren, McKenzie Miller, Averee Miller, Emily Graham, and Aidan Graham. According to Mrs. Miller's wishes she has been cremated and there will be no calling hours or services. The Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia is in charge of arrangements.
