Donna J. Woodford

Age 78, of Canton, passed away Monday, May 1, 2017.  She was born August 20, 1938, in Canton, a daughter of the late Frank and Barbara (Mottice) Yost, and was a life resident.  Donna went to McKinley High School and graduated from Canton South High School in 1956.  She was retired from Leo A. Dick & Sons where she was in charge of Accounts Receivable and also had worked thirteen years for Buckeye Protective Services.  In her earlier years she had been a member of the VFW.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Robert W. Woodford, on Sept. 7, 2012.  Donna is survived by her two daughters, Holly Riley, of Virginia Beach, VA, and Kristine Meese, of Canton; four grandchildren and seven great-granddaughters, Megan (Matthew) Walters, and their daughters, Lucy, Juliet, and Haley, Kyle Weber, and his daughters, Lyla and Rosalie, Courtney Weber and her daughters, Annabelle and Abigail, and Zachary Meese; also one sister and one brother, Carolyn Hall and Patrick (Sandy) Peterman.   A Memorial Service will be held Sat. at 2 p.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Hospice Chaplain David Oliver Kling officiating.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
