Dianne S. Calderone
A beautiful, bright, shining light has been extinguished. Dianne S. Calderone, age 52, of Lake Cable, passed away Sat. surrounded by family and friends. Dianne, a beloved wife, mother and friend, made everyone who came in contact with her feel special. She lived life to its fullest, savoring every second of every day. Quick with her wit or snappy comeback often followed by her signature "Just sayin", she could make you laugh when you wanted to cry. Dianne possessed incredible character. She never let her cancer define her. She was and remains an inspiration to all of us fortunate to have been blessed with her love and friendship. Dianne, a 1978 graduate of McKinley High School, was born in Canton and was a life resident of this area. She was a Realtor for DeHoff Realtors for the past ten years, and previously a buyer for Stern & Mann Dept. Store. Dianne was a member of the Lake Cable Association. She cherished time with family and friends either by hosting holiday functions, or simply sharing a glass of wine on her pontoon boat or her patio. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Nicholas Riddle Calderone, on March 23, 1994, and her parents, Marilyn and Donald Smith. Survived by her husband, Greg Calderone, with whom she celebrated their 27th Wedding Anniversary on Oct. 26, 2012; her daughter, Jenna Calderone, of the home; her-in-laws, Cal and Carrie Calderone, of Massillon, and her brother-in-law, Ron Calderone, of Tuscon, AZ.
