Diane M. Murphy Age 60, of Canton, passed away Sat. Feb. 11, 2012, in Allay Senior Center. She was born in Burbank, CA, a daughter of the late Vernon and Ida (Nussbaum) Schneck, and had been a Canton resident most of her life. Diane was a 1969 graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School. She retired in 2002 from A.T. & T., after 32 years of service, where she was a supervisor. Diane was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. Survived by her husband, Scott E. Murphy, with whom she celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary on April 17, 2011; two daughters and a son-in-law, Heather and Steven Krempasky, of Stevensville, MI, and Shannon Murphy, of Cincinnati; one son and daughter-in-law, Sean and Emily Murphy, of North Canton; one sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Gib Adolph, of Barberton; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Daniel Schneck, of Navarre, and James and Rosalee Schneck, of Terre Hill, PA; two grandsons and two granddaughters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Michael's Catholic Church with Fr. Joseph Zamary as Celebrant.
