Dennis M. Villard     1949 - 2016

Age 67, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016.  He was born in Canton, a son of the late Donald and Della (Hinten) Villard, and was a life resident of the Canton/Louisville area.  Dennis was a 1967 graduate of Glenwood High School.  He was a 37 year employee of the City of Louisville, having worked in the Water and Street Departments, retiring in 2008.  Dennis served three tours of duty in the U. S. Army during the Viet Nam War.  Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Joni Villard.  He is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Mark Stutler, Laurie Redinger, and Sarah and Mike James, all of Louisville; seven grandchildren, Tristan Stutler, Karli Redinger, Alex Platt, Gannon George, Cody, Conner, and Corey James; two sisters, Julie and Gary Baptist, of East Sparta, and Jane and Ken Collier, of Canton; one brother, Dick and Leigh Ann Villard, of Sebring.  A Service of Remembrance will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Louis Catholic Church in Louisville with Fr.
