David S. Monnot Age 65, of Canton, passed away suddenly Sat. evening in his home. He was born in Canton, a son of the late Richard and Jeannette (Reid) Monnot, and was a life resident. David was a retired self-employed carpenter and painter. Survived by his wife, Rose A. Monnot, with whom he celebrated their 36th Wedding Anniversary on May 6th; one daughter and son-in-law, Mandy and Wayne Slease, and a granddaughter, Chloe, all of Canton; one brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Shirley Monnot, of East Canton. Services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Franz officiating. Interment in Warstler Cemetery.
