Dale E. "Butch" Midcap Age 54, of Canton, passed away suddenly Wed. morning in his home. He was born in Massillon, a son of Kethryn (Mann) Nofsi9nger, of Kalkaska, MI, and the late Gerald Nofsinger, was raised in Beach City, and had been a resident of Perry Township since 2006. Butch was the owner-operator of Midcap Trucking Co. He was a member of the Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association. Surviving besides his mother is his wife, Diane L. Midcap; one daughter, Sammi Jo Midcap-Koch, of Perry Township; two step-daughters & sons-in-law, Mindi and Brent Weiford, of Perry Township and Rebekah and Don Mingus, of Alamogordo, NM; one son, Dale "Scott" Midcap II, of Beach City; nine grandchildren; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Susan and Dennis Hunt, and Becky Nofsinger, all of Kalkaska, MI. Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Rev. Jeffrey L. Shultz officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
