Obituary
Clara D. Garrett
Age 82, of New Philadelphia, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022. She was born November 2, 1940 in Zoarville, OH, a daughter of the late Herbert and Vera (Pyatt) Homan, and was a life resident of Tuscarawas County. Clara was a 1958 graduate of Dover High School.
In addition to her parents, Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Garrett. She is survived by two sisters and one brother, Shirley Moore, Margie Neidig, and Jim (Margie) Homan, several nieces and nephews, and her spoiled dog, Franco.
