Charlotte L. Scarry

Age 74, of Jackson Township, passed away Sat., Oct. 7, 2017.  She was born April 29, 1943 in Canton, a daughter of the late E. Wayne and Mable "Peg" (Owens) Dixon, and was a life resident.  Charlotte was a 1961 graduate of Timken High School, and was retired from First Merit Bank, after 31 years' service, where she was a mortgage loan closer.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Scheappi.  Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Adriane (Philip) Ours, her son, Adam Scarry, two grandchildren, Mason and Jessica Scarry, and three sisters, Jo Anne (Glen) Norris, Becky (Jack) Martin, and Darlene Mulheim.  A private gathering for her family will be held Friday in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home.  Contributions in Charlotte's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
